Coldfire Secret Santa - the assignments are going out!

Thank you to everyone for making your offers on the Coldfire Secret Santa requests! As of now, everybody who submitted requests has got a secret santa. Special thanks to the selfless souls who have offered to write without making any requests for themselves.

Onwards then, shall we?

You will receive your assignment within the next ten minutes. It will be sent to the email address you gave in your LJ profile. If you cannot find your assignment, if it is something you didn't offer for, or if something else is wrong, send me an email (alighiera AT gmail DOT com) and we'll sort it out.

If you want to give your secret santa some more information than you left in your inital request, make a Dear Santa post in your livejournal. Keep in mind, however, that your secret santa is only bound to stick to the request you made in the request post. If you add specifics now, they may or may not be obeyed.

After that, enjoy writing or drawing!

To repeat - there are no requirements as to word count, intricacy, style etc. We trust you to come up with something you think your recipient will enjoy.

Defaulting
If you feel like you cannot complete your assignment after all, contact me. Either we'll find an alternative request for you to work with, or someone else will take over. Do not default without saying anything. It would leave your assigned recipient without a gift.

Picking up additional requests
First off - please make sure you will finish your assigned request.
That said, if there is an additional request on the request list that caught your fancy, feel free to work with it. The more requests are filled, the merrier. And if some are filled twice, the requester is rewarded for coming up with something so inspiring.

Deadlines
The deadline for submitting your assignment is Sunday, December 21st, at 23:59 / 11:59pm (check what this means for your time zone.

If you haven't posted by then, dramatic situations of people scrambling to fill the empty request are going to happen. So if you know you'll default, let us know as early as possible.

Posting
When you have completed your assignment or an extra request, post it to coldfire_sesa. All posts there are moderated and will be made public on December 25th. An announcement will then be posted to hunters_forest. You don't need to join coldfire_sesa for posting or reading.
