Crown Of Shadows - group re-read announcement

Now that the summer break is over and people are returning from holidays, trips to foreign continents to hunt down Iezu and treks through unknown wildernesses populated by rakh, it's time to tackle Crown of Shadows and complete our group re-read!

As before, I'd love to get your input on whether the current discussion format works for you and whether you have any suggestions or criticism. Unless you tell us differently, we'll stick to the Monday/Thursday posting schedule and keep the format as it has been so far.

We'll start on September 14 (Monday in two weeks), and unless major disasters happen, we'll finish the week before Christmas.

We're also looking for people to help us with the posts. trobadora and I will be regular posters, but we're both looking at a few busy months ahead, so help would be very welcome especially for September and October. You don't have to do a weekly post; it's great already if you can do one or two posts a month, or even a single post somewhere. If you'd like to help, just leave a comment please.

Thanks to everyone who's participated so far, and I hope we'll have just as great a time with CoS as we did with the previous two books!

Ohhh, goodie! I am also looking at a few hectic months during the reread, so I'm afraid I won't be any good for helping to lead discussions. I did recently reread CoS on my own and made some open posts on them over at IJ (same username as here) in case you want to see the sorts of things I brought up on my own. It's not in your format, but if you want to steal appropriate anything I brought up, it's fine with me.
