Is it mentioned what she looks like? Hair, eye and skin colour? Or how old she is?

I'm trying to write something quickly before the plot bunny escapes!

Dark hair, I believe, and likely pale skin since she wasn't outside much before her little adventure. Can't remember eye color being discussed.

I think the book says she's around 12.
